Adding LaTeX Beamer Theme Overview

The LaTeX Beamer Theme Overview is a convenient visual overview of beamer themes included in TeXLive. Unlike the commonly used beamer theme matrices, it also includes third party themes and unlike e.g. the "Ultimate Beamer Theme List" one can directly see a short example document without having to check each theme individually.
