Martin Thoma 2de9065138 Add README.md and rendered png to all folders except for /documents 
The examples were found by

```bash
$ find . -not -path '*/\.*' -type d '!' -exec test -e "{}/README.md" ';' -print
```

To do so, a cleanup-script .meta/add_readme.py was created.

The subfig package is the way to go when you want to use multiple images side by side.
